The communal outdoor space has been as carefully curated as the interiors. The large swimming pool is particularly appealing on a warm summer’s day.

The apartment is close to all the amenities of Toscolano Maderno. The town’s historic centre is one of the gems of Lake Garda, with winding lanes and tempting shops. The port in Toscolano Maderno (5 minute walk) is a stop-off point for ferries sailing around the lake. On the water, visitors can swim, fish, canoe, sail, windsurf and dive. Whilst on land, the lakefront is a glorious place to walk at any time of day. Away from the lake, there are hiking and mountain bike routes through scenic countryside, a golf course (4 minutes) and horse riding.

There are many excellent restaurants and cafés nearby, and for self-catering, Toscolano’s weekly market (Thursday morning) provides the freshest local produce to cook at home.

Lovers of art and history can visit the famous "Vittoriale degli Italiani" home of the writer Gabriele D'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera (9 minute drive) and the new Salò museum called "MU SA” (13 minute drive).
