Access :
Secure key box, 3 keys: 1 for the common door to the building, 1 second for the access door to the maisonette, 3rd key for the glass door of the duplex.
After the common door, walk along the corridor, at the end you will find the door giving access to the house.
Discover the charm and authenticity of the construction established on 2 levels.
Level 0, very bright: Kitchen equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dining table, retro-design stove.
Level -1, view of the patio: open space: bedroom with 140 bed, adjoining bathroom and WC.

Level -1, also accessible by a beautiful stone staircase:

Possibility of accommodating a small child, -2 years old, we offer a cot, high chair.
